NWBRForum Event – Using Digital Technology in Site Risk Assessments

May 15 @ 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The latest event is a collaboration with the Northwest Brownfield Regeneration Forum (NWBRF) and the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES) to jointly host our next discussion meeting in Manchester.

How successfully is the contaminated land industry embracing advances in data capture technology?

This event will provide a stimulating and informative discussion through a series of presentations relating to how our industry is embracing the technology that is available to us. We will look at what is available on the market to support our work from a contaminated land perspective and how this may be used to improve data accuracy and allow interrogation.

Is it just a case of financial investment or are there other factors to consider? We will also have some real-life case studies where there has been an application of digital data management tools with a discussion about where they have been successful, and where there are lessons to be learned.

In this ever-increasing digital world, as an industry, are we reaching our full potential in utilising the resources and technology available to us, or is there more we can be doing?
